The whole supply of 1,000,000,000 went onto the Arcadia curve on the same terms as any coin, with a creator fee of 0%. The developer's allocation is their own first buy inside the launch transaction, at the same price and fees as every buyer. There is no presale, no reserved allocation and no vesting.

Arcadia's whole fee share (the 1% base less Uniswap's share, plus 20% of every creator fee) accrues to the ArcadiaVault, which buys $ARCADIA in its Arcadia pool and burns it.

Anyone can call ArcadiaVault.buybackAndBurn(maxHypeIn, minArcadiaOut), and the keeper calls it on a schedule. The vault has no other outflow. Every buyback, the HYPE it spent and the $ARCADIA it burned are on the $ARCADIA page.
